Refund policy

We understand that sometimes purchases need to be returned, and we strive to provide the best possible customer service. Below is our refund policy:
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
a. Unopened and in its original packaging.
b. In the same condition in which it was received.
c. Unused and free from any damage or defects.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day window at saidashu@163.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
We are unable to refund shipping costs, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
